Shūshi’s Bo (Shō & Dai)

Background

Shūshi no Kon is a classical Okinawan bo kata transmitted in a short form and a long form. Both are posted on one plaque. The shō is the more compact study; the dai extends the same family of technique. They are practiced as a pair.
