Tsuken Sunakake’s Bo

Tsuken Sunakake no Kon comes from Tsuken Island. Sunakake, “throwing sand,” names the motion of scooping and casting sand to break an opponent’s sight before the bo strikes. It is the last bō plaque in the bo row.
